I can't believe it's taken me this long as this year I hit the big 4-0 but I have a question.

Why on Earth do we listen to a groundhog to dictate anything?

He's always the bearer of bad news and by chance he doesn't see his shadow, the weather where I am never turns fantastic. Why should it? It is February after all :)

I also think in Phil's case, the outcome is stilted. So much media shows up with their lights, I think it's a no brainer he'll see his shadow.

My other question, why don't they get him some sunglasses? If he has to see his shadow and I have to hear the obvious, he might as well wear some sunglasses and give me the illusion that one day soon it will be sunny and warm again. I'm just askin'...
