I love Lynette's blog but when this gem reached my inbox, I was extra excited.

I think around here it rained or was gray for days? Weeks? It all blends in. I've been working hard to understand this website and blog along with the full plate I have going in other areas. A party sounds just perfect!

So I'm answering all questions and I invite you to join the fun. This blog is nearly three years old, but the website and blog move is a week old, if that. If this blog interests you in any way, please bookmark it, subscribe, put it in your Google Reader, whatever keeps you coming back. If there is any advice you have, I'll take it---regarding the website. The answers to my questions---well, that you have to deal with!

20 Weird Questions That Will Give a Little Insight Into Who You Are (Pick whichever ones you want to use , use all of them - or make up your own)

1. What is your favorite thing to snack on while you're blogging?

Chocolate

2. What is one thing you wouldn't want to live without?

Family.

3. Beach, Mountains or Farm? Where would you live if you had a choice?

This is hard! Water gives me such peace, but the Adirondack Mountains where we visit has a beach. It's the most tranquil, inspiring place.

4. What's your least favorite chore/household duty?

Laundry.

5. Who do people say you remind them of?

I can't think of anyone famous. I get stopped often for having that generic face, I remind people of cousins, neighbors, co-workers, etc...I had one person huff away because she started talking to me and I wasn't who she thought I was and got mad at ME!

6. Prefer parties and socializing or staying at home with the fam?

I'm a homebody.

7. What's your all time favorite movie?

Return to Me. Elf is right up there, too!

8. Do you sleep in your make up or remove it like a good girl every night?

I'm so low maintenance I confess there are more days I don't wear makeup at all. However, I'm moving more into ministry opportunities that require a life apart from sweats and no makeup!

9. Do you have a hidden talent or a deep desire to learn something that you've never had a chance to learn? What is it?

I think I already did it---I didn't think about anyone else in the car hearing me word for word and I took an entire trip to show off my lounge act by singing Barry Manilow's Singing with the Big Band CD.

10. What's one strange thing you're really good at?

I can guess what year movies/songs came out and I'm probably right 90% of the time. Yet I can't remember Bible verses...

11. What first attracted you to your spouse?

His eyes, what a great listener he was.

12. What is something you love to smell?

Flowers---lilacs and roses.

13. Tell something about you that you know irritates people.

I'm not a crowd pleaser. I am what I am and if I think that's not good enough for you, it's your loss and I'll most likely move on before you can.

14. When you have extra money (HA!) what's the first thing you think to do with it?

I'm notorious for giving it away or buying for others.

15. Are you a silent laugher or a loud laugher? What makes you laugh the hardest?

I've got a good cackle. The kids are so fun, I laugh hard with them.

16. Where is your favorite place to shop?

Bookstore or Village Discount, local thrift shop.

17. What's one thing you'd do more often if you had more time?

Clean.

18. Are you a big spender or frugal?

I lean towards frugal.

19. Who is your favorite character of all time (from a movie or book)? (Can't be real)

Clark Kent, although part of me thinks he's real, LOL.

20. Would you want to be famous?

I laugh at the thought. I know once I went to a Mothers of Preschoolers meeting and I heard whispering. They were talking about me as a "writer". I thought if you only knew, someone had to stop me at the post office to tell me I was wearing my sweater inside out. If that's famous, no thanks. I like doing what God asks me to do and I love watching women transformed by His love. Let Him get the credit!
