The complete title of Andy Deane's book is Learn to Study the Bible: 40 Different Step by Step Methods to Help Discover, Apply and Enjoy God's Word.
I confess, I've been a serious reader of God's word since 1992. There were a few methods out there that mentors gave me to encourage me and they just didn't click. I've been on the lookout for something that works with my personality and yet I didn't want to find something and intend for the rest of the world to be on board with the same exact method.
Andy Deane comes to the rescue with his Learn to Study the Book. There are 40 different methods Andy shares that help you learn what you are reading, care, apply, and want to keep reading. I strongly encourage this for anyone that has tried to read the Bible before and wasn't sure how to go about it, got stuck, bored, or for someone who thinks they have all the methods mastered. I learned so much in this book that I didn't know about before.
The book starts off with tips for a profitable Bible study. From there, he shows with a step by step process:
